Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your linen as much as we do, which is why we offer a 45-day return window for all unwashed and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding that has been used or laundered.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your items and place them back in their original linen storage sacks and shipping box to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
